Trinity was pushing sales in the neighborhood, and we were given time and several estimates by their sales rep on several choices- to add on to our existing solar system. I would prefer a more local business- and even if the installation cost would be less from Trinity, my mindset is to stay local- Why? -New England Solar +Green answered the phone with a real person, and I expect that if any problems arise, a local company should be able to address issues much faster- they are HERE! A big box company like Trinity will send a sales person who collects the sales commission, and is never seen again. Andrew at NES+G stopped by, and was super educated and informed about all things solar- our questions were answered immediately, and without hesitation. Andrew's knowledge and experience showed right from the start, which made us feel quite comfortable! After several estimates were presented to us, we chose NES+G! Throughout installation, Andrew was present- start to finish! I mentioned this fact to Andrew who responded that "These jobs need to be done MY way!" - which strikes a particular chord with ME- This is MY house, and I want things to be done MY way! Our confidence in NES+G just grew tenfold! Issues with our older solar system were addressed by NES+G promptly, and the new system was tied into an app that allows us to see what both systems here are doing in real time. Andrew, his company, his crew, his electrician- were friendly and super confident- did amazingly neat and clean work, and I challenge ANY company to do better than NES+G!! I have to say that this contractor experience was the most painless procedure this household has ever seen-we are so impressed, our expectations so greatly surpassed that we are at a loss for words! We struggled to find a solar panel and installer and happen upon New England solar and it’s primary person Andrew Culo as soon as we met with Andrew on the initial interview we knew we’d found a reliable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, solar man and we weren’t wrong. He and his partner installed our panels with very little delay, he consulted with us on a regular basis for what we needed. His company walked us through all the regulations and other hook up issues that we might encounter and did all the basic paperwork so that there was virtually nothing that we had to do once the panels were installed.
