Extremely satisfied overall! I decided to go full solar late Sept 2025 and wasn't sure I was going to be able to get it installed before the federal tax credits went away at the end of the year. I looked into a bunch of solar companies but after reading their mediocre reviews I decided to go with NES&G as their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and the fact that they were a local company with a good history. Andrew Guntlow at NES&G was my primary point of contact. He was outstanding explaining everything thoroughly, was very good with communicating the next steps and timing expectations. He and the installers were very courteous and friendly. My installation had multiple aggravating issues with the Utility (Eversource). I was cc'd on all the email communications between Mr. Guntlow and the utility. I don't know how he kept his cool dealing with that on a regular basis. He must have a cat he can kick, a punching bag, or maybe drinks heavily (just kidding of course on all 3 snide comments). At the end of the day my system went live with a month before the federal tax incentive went away. So far I've had no troubles with the system. My Feb 2026 electric bill was half what it usually is even with a fair amount of snow on the roof. I anticipate having no more electric bills from April onward. My only complaint is just that we need to have more sunny days!

New England Solar + Green are a model business - the owner, Andrew, is an expert in solar panels, he is highly motivated, customer oriented, hands on with every detail and deals with his customers directly, answering all customer questions in terms you can understand. And most shocking of all: he delivers on schedule! Result: you are happy, he and his workers are happy, everybody is happy! Why can't every business work the same way? We installed roof panels two years ago, they still work great. Along the way Andrew has answered all my questions and has continued to support us, his customer, with questions as they arise. I highly recommend his business.

We always felt there was an angle with these large companies where the solar benefit was aimed at them and not the homeowner. we had planned to put solar panels on our house when we built it in 2018 but delayed the decision for a couple of years due to finances. We struggled to find a solar panel and installer and happen upon New England solar and it's primary person Andrew Culo as soon as we met with Andrew on the initial interview we knew we'd found a reliable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, solar man and we weren't wrong. He and his partner installed our panels with very little delay, he consulted with us on a regular basis for what we needed. His company walked us through all the regulations and other hook up issues that we might encounter and did all the basic paperwork so that there was virtually nothing that we had to do once the panels were installed. We found our experience with Andrew exceptional and have since recommended him to our good friends who are also now building a house. We recommend him to anyone who reads this.

Andrew and NE Solar are the best in the business! We did a lot of research and was very impressed with his knowledge, directness and honesty. He designed a very comprehensive array and had it working within a month. He is available for any questions, answering immediately via email. His staff was friendly, accurate, and respectful. The best part: we have not had an electric bill since installation and we just sold some Recs for cash! I can't recommend him Enough!! And we're promoting planet health!

Andrew G. was thorough in his explanation of solar panel installation, discussed the pros and cons of different systems, addressed our concerns and possible future needs and was always prompt in getting back to us when we had questions during the installation and inspection period.
