Go Solar with NES+G

New England Solar + Green will help you weigh your options given your budget and energy production goals. The end goal being to eliminate your electric bill! An average monthly electric bill of $100 becomes an annual $1,200 expense. Over 20 years, that same $100 monthly bill balloons to $24,000 paid to your utility, and that’s before factoring in electricity rate increases that will likely make your 20-year energy costs even higher. Installing a solar panel system at your home or business takes you out of this cycle. Solar immediately saves and creates the long-term stability a good investment should. The average payback is between 3 and 7 years, with over 50% of the total system cost saved after the first year of operation.
When you own the solar array, the savings goes directly to your wallet. Whether you pay cash or get a loan the incentives and credits available make it one of the most fiscally responsible investments and feel good decisions you can make. Not only does this type of renewable energy source benefit you financially but it eliminates the negative environmental impacts of carbon fuel sources. The average annual CO2 emissions are approximately 14,796 pounds per household, based on a typical usage of 900 kWh per month. Changing your method of energy production to a solar will help prevent damage to the earth and reduce your buildings contribution to climate change.
NES+G is proudly recognized as a LG PRO installer, and Enphase Energy Premium company.

The NABCEP Difference

The federal government provides a solar tax credit, known as the investment tax credit (ITC), that allow homeowners and businesses to deduct a portion of their solar costs from their taxes. Both homeowners and businesses qualify for a federal tax credit equal to 26% of the cost of their solar installation minus any cash rebates for the fiscal year of 2020. This amount will be reduced to 22% for the fiscal year of 2021.
